- ✓Understand what must be documented: materials, equipment IDs, parameters, times, operator initials, deviations, yields
- ✓Create a batch record template for an ethanol extraction
- ✓Know the difference between concurrent documentation (filling in as you go) and retrospective documentation (writing it up later, which is a red flag)
